We've seen this attack before
Here’s a question for you. In the movie “Frankenstein,” what was more frightening than the monster? Answer: the villagers who had had enough of the arrogant, castle dwelling, mad man, with a God complex, who had created the zeitgeist of fear permeating through the village – as the hellish abomination he created, murdered their families and destroyed their village.
Politicians are the twisted creations of hacks who go from campaign to campaign with cookie cutter blueprints pursuant to how candidates should walk, talk, what they should say, the jokes they should tell, right down to how too cross their legs. No matter what “Inside the Beltway” politicians claim, they are the life-like automatons of handlers.
But suddenly an outside the “Beltway” man of the people emerges, who by the standards of those used to dictating what is best for us, and the image makers who create them, is doing everything wrong. So they ignore him, after all the fix is in, hasn’t Karl Rove told Sean Hannity that Romney is the winner?
Hasn’t the Republican hierarchy sent the talking points the media has been blathering in a sanctified chorus? But, then we the people, the villagers if you will – whose homes are being destroyed, whose families are being threatened because of the unemployment that Obama is singularly responsible for, said enough. We refused to go along with Barack Frankenstein the most villainous of the Frankenstein family (and some would argue the dumbest), and we refused to go along with his American cousin with better hair.
The people rose up in support of a man to help them slay the government, (i.e., the Frankenstein monster) that is responsible for systematically disaffecting our lives. Herman Cain is that man – and he has so scared the American Frankenstein family, that rather than allowing we the people to exercise our right of self-determination vis-a-vis our right to determine who we want as leader, decided no way.
Republican hacks and insiders like Rove, couldn’t tolerate that, because after all – having in his/their minds successfully dispatched Sarah Palin who they thought would be their most likely roadblock, what else was there too worry about? But they hadn’t factored our support for Herman Cain. So enter the dirty tricks brigade, led by one of the principle practitioners of dirty tricks, Rove.
They set about destroying Herman, because he threatened the castle and its occupiers who had grown accustomed to lording of the people. But, here again they miscalculated just how sick of them, their dastardly deeds, and disrespect we really are.
We realized this is a chapter right out of the playbook used by the same media and in a few instances, the same people who play both sides of the political fence, against Clarence Thomas. We saw it, people such as myself had warned about literally days before the hatchet job began. First they launch an attack based on anonymous liberal sources, one of whom a source told me is employed by the Obama administration. Then when they have stoked those flames, they have the media and their R.i.N.O. lapdogs start chants for the person to step forward and tell their story – after all it’s only fair, the people demand it. Then after much hand-wringing, (drum roll please) from behind the curtain out jumps a woman with a beer can and pubic hair ala Anita Hill against Justice Thomas.
You would think they’d at least be original. When you have whoremongers like Geraldo Rivera being quoted and propped up as a credible news person interested in being fair with Herman you know it’s a hoax. The only credibility Rivera has is the number of divorces he has had because of his legendary infidelity.
As we await to see if the National Restaurant Association lifts its gag order and permits the woman to go public, we see her actions for exactly what they are – an unambiguous attempt to capitalize on what she obvious has no shame in doing, i.e. using a highly questionable occurrence to try and not just cash in on, but gain a position as well. And as many believe, behind it all stands Rove and company. For a closer look at the potential/likely Rove involvement read: “A Texan Connects The Dots to…Karl Rove” by Donna Garner. What the media isn’t asking is how many other times in the last 20 years or so – have there been employees who have alleged misdeeds by the bosses in an attempt to gain a pay day? Both at the National Restaurant Association and in other large corporate associations.
