Who are the real threats?
There’s something I don’t understand and that is this nonsense about being “to conservative to win.”
First of all, it matters little if the presidential candidate is pro-life with no exceptions, pro-traditional marriage no exceptions, believes in smaller government, lower taxers, state’s rights, limited government intrusion, strong heterosexual military, and is opposed to race/gender based affirmative action. Think about it – what does that matter?
The reason it doesn’t matter is because, true conservatives have respect for the Constitution, unlike liberal socialists like Obama. It is liberal progressives, as Obama has proven, that have no respect for the will of the people, no sense of or appreciation for our resplendent history and the true accomplishment of America and her people.
In truth, the more truly conservative a candidate, the safer the citizenry – not because the candidate will not work to change certain things, but because they will respect the law and the courts. Unlike those like Obama, who will lie, obfuscate, corrupt, and whatever else they have to do to accomplish their agenda despite the will of the people. Here think of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, as a glowing example of that to which I speak.
The nation need not fear conservatives, the nation needs to fear those who have no regard for America and the Constitution. Because it was disregard for both that led us into slavery, Jim Crow, the erosion of the public school system, the unwarranted expansion and intrusion of government, the corruption of our judicial system, and the abrogation of State’s rights.
True conservatism is not a threat to the people, but liberal progressives and self-interested RINOs are.
