Is Zelina Maxwell The Face of Hate or Insanity?
MSNBC Political Analyst Zerlina Maxwell accused the Democrat Iowa Caucus of being the “perfect example of systemic racism.” Her pathetic and querulous verbal assault followed the Democrat party caucus, which has played out like a poorly produced low budget horror film with even worse actors. Her preposterously unimaginative claim was based upon the fact that 91 percent of the voters in Iowa are white. Of course she conveniently omitted the fact that Obama won the Iowa caucus in 2008 and that Ted Cruz won it in 2016, but I digress.
Maxwell opined that: “Structurally, it’s very undemocratic in a country where people of color are historically marginalized…what you want is more people participating in the process. If we’re just asking white people what they think about the Democratic candidates, then you’re not getting an accurate reflection of what the primary electorate thinks.” One supposes she is lobbying for primaries to be held only in States with high concentrations of blacks.
She followed up that bit of crazy by claiming that low voter turnout in Iowa was because the children of white voters in Iowa “are not in cages” like black children, so the sense of urgency to turn out and vote is not there for whites.
Whether her remarks are signs of extreme schizophrenic-paranoia or the irrevocable disconnect from reality, and I suspect the latter, Maxwell clearly misses the obvious reason for what she views as “systemic racism.” It’s because only two percent of the Iowa population is black and only four percent is Hispanic or Latino. Ergo, what in the name of criminal insanity does she expect per voters? (See: https://suburbanstats.org/population/how-many-people-live-in-iowa)
The last time I was in Iowa, and I’ve been there many times, there weren’t whites at the state line stopping vehicles with blacks or Hispanics in them and turning them around. I’ve never been refused service, lodging or been treated untoward in Iowa because I was an American with more melanin content than the overall Iowan population. I have friends living in Iowa who are multi-generational Iowans and other friends who have moved there in the past decade or so.
Black people do not live in Iowa because they do not want to live in Iowa. If Maxwell and her crazies at MSNBC are offended by the demographics there, they can talk to the queen of facial contortions, Nancy Pelosi, and have Democrats try to pass legislation that requires black people to move there.
She can try busing blacks from Detroit, Chicago, Los Angeles, New York or wherever else she wants, to Iowa. She can insist upon even more radical action by demanding that only two percent of white Iowans be allowed to caucus in order to match the percentage of blacks in the state.
All of those suggestions are as stupid as Maxwell claiming discrimination and prejudice because 91 percent of the State population is white. That said, I would be interested in hearing just how she would remedy what she sees as “racist” because the Iowa population is overwhelmingly white.
And while she’s at it, I’d be interested in how she views Alaska; because only three percent of the population there is black. (See: https://suburbanstats.org/population/how-many-people-live-in-alaska)
People like Maxwell hate snow; not because it is accompanied by cold weather and hazardous driving conditions, but because it is white.
Insane is not a descriptive enough word for Maxwell’s assertions nor for her state of mind.
People like her see everything through a cosmological prism of America is racist. But as I recently pointed out the numbers show blacks are the most racist: “Rasmussen Reports from July 3, 2013 survey found: More Americans View Blacks As Racist Than Whites, Hispanics. Americans consider blacks more likely to be racist than whites and Hispanics in this country. Thirty-seven percent of America Adults think most black Americans are racist, according to a new Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey…Just 15 percent consider white Americans racist, while 18 percent say the same of most Hispanic Americans. Among black Americans, 31 percent think most blacks are racist, while 24 percent consider whites racist and 15 percent view most Hispanics that way.” (See: Get Ready For Black History Propaganda)
Maxwell is a deeply flawed, evil, bitter harridan motivated by hatred of all things white. But why not? Blaming everything on white people has benefited her well. As Naveen Rao reported August 31, 2017: “[Maxwell] attended Tufts University where she earned a degree in international relations in 2003 before earning her J.D. from Rutgers School of Law. She worked as a paralegal for several years in the 2000s before becoming a contributing writer for publications such as The New York Daily News. Since 2009, Maxwell worked as a political analyst and freelance writer for various online publications. Then, she became active in politics and was the Director of Progressive Media from Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign. Currently, she is the Director of Progressive Programming for SiriusXM. … There is no information on Zerlina Maxwell’s net worth, but considering her flourishing career, it must be substantial.” (Zerlina Maxwell Wiki: Age, Career, Net Worth, Parents, & Facts to Know)
In closing, I would suggest that if Maxwell were truthfully concerned about the low number of blacks in Iowa, she would demand Planned Parenthood stop killing black babies. If that were to happen maybe there would be more blacks interested in moving to Iowa.
If she were really interested in blacks in cages she would speak out about the fact that over 70 percent of black children are raised without a father. It is a fact that not having a father in the home is the key contributing factor for so many blacks being in cages, i.e., jail.
But as long as she is able to amass wealth and television time on MSNBC, there is no reason for her not spew her Erebusic stupidity.
