Speaking at Osawatomie High School, in Osawatomie, Kan., Obama said: “Now, it’s a simple theory. And we have to admit, it’s one that speaks to our rugged individualism and our healthy skepticism of too much government. That’s in America’s DNA. And that theory fits well on a bumper sticker. But here’s the problem: It doesn’t work. It has never worked. It didn’t work when it was tried in the decade before the Great Depression. It’s not what led to the incredible postwar booms of the ’50s and ’60s. And it didn’t work when we tried it during the last decade. I mean, understand, it’s not as if we haven’t tried this theory.”
Now, if you’re wondering what it is that Obama believes doesn’t work, Terrence P. Jeffrey, writing for CNSNews, succinctly summed up the president’s remedy for the rugged individualism he decries this way: “Americans must look to a more activist government that taxes more, spends more, and regulates more if they want to preserve the middle class.” (“Obama: Limited Gov’t That Preserves Free Markets ‘Doesn’t Work. Obama, without question, voiced the most unambiguous endorsement and affirmation for communism ever made by an American president. It is yet another demonstrative proof that Obama embraces communism and that his primary goal is to turn America into a communist nation. Republicans (and quite frankly, Democrats, too) who are standing by silently allowing this Erebusic megalomaniac to spew his detestable and divisive rhetoric to the impressionable and malleable minds of children, are, in effect, openly supporting a terrorist attack on minds of America’s children. It is enough that public-school teachers teach such messages; the children do not need said message reinforced by the president of the United States.
Words fail to express the contempt I have for Obama as the leader of our nation. He condemns the very thing that made America great – and specific to that point, America was great before there was an Obama. It should be a punishable offense to allow him to undermine that greatness.
America is in denial to believe that he is not a communist doing everything in his power to forcibly and insidiously transform the nation into a communist state. It is misinformation for the media, political pundits and writers of opinion to report his actions in any other way. He is a manifestation of evil that threatens America in a way the KKK and al-Qaida could but hope to.
He condemns and attacks the very thing that allows him to raise a billion dollars for his re-election campaign, i.e., free-market capitalism. He no longer hides his Marxian belief of “from each according to his ability, to each according to his need.” He is the president – he represents an idea, a symbol of integrity and a presumption of knowing what’s right to the children he addresses. What child is going to stand up and say, “Excuse me, Mr. President, but you are wrong”?
Using words like “populist” to describe his speeches are attempts to put expensive perfume on a manure pile in an effort to make it smell and appear pleasant. But even if one were blind, that perfume only masks the smell until the pile is disturbed – then it smells again.
Obama is dividing this nation based on race and economic status. He is preying on ignorance and discontent that he is responsible for creating and fomenting. He condemns those who took the risks to achieve and create that which others also benefit from. He used the word fairness 14 times in his speech, in an attempt to demonize those who have achieved above others. Communism demands that there be income and wealth equality, not based on work or effort, but on a statist philosophy.

What is never pointed out is that the overwhelming majority of people are not inclined to take the risks inherent with starting a business. He simply chants the mantra that it’s not fair for some to have more than others, and it is his stated intention to change that. He is portraying himself as a champion of the working class who will take from the evil rich – who unfairly prosper – and redistribute their wealth as government sees fit.
There remains another question astute individuals will ask: “Why did Obama choose Osawatomie to deliver such a transpicously Marxist speech – considering that he and his ilk do nothing that isn’t meticulously calculated?” The answer to that question is another question. Could it be because Osawatomie was the Weather Underground newspaper published by Bill Ayers and Bernardine Dohrn in the 1970s, or did it have to do with the abolitionist John Brown whose nickname was Osawatomie – unless you believe it was all just a coincidence?
Then there is the eerie similarity between the Weather Underground organization logo and the Obama 2008 campaign logo. There is also their use of “audacity” to bring about “socialism” in America, in the original newspaper written by Ayers and Dohrn. While it is unknown for a certainty who wrote Obama’s “The Audacity of Hope,” Ayers, himself, referred to it as more of a “political hack book,” suggesting that it was a disingenuous feint to the center written by committee. I reference it because language found in “Audacity of Hope” closely parallels that found in the Ayers-Dohrn communist newspaper.
Maybe the media, especially Fox News, should spend as much time researching and reporting Obama’s background as they did reporting unproven rumors about Herman Cain.

I saw the face of Communisn when traveling to East Germany in 1984 with the military. I can tell you firsthand that you don’t want to go there. I can’t stress that enough. Communism East German style was a continuation of the Gestapo – barbed wire, soldiers with machine guns, people watching you with binoculars, everything is off limite, poor, gray, and uninteresting, because the soul of the people died. It is completely the opposite of the benefits Obama is talking about. Mr. President, if you were to live in a Communist country, would you be willing to be “one of the people?” I think not. No one would.

You only have to look at how the administration and the progressives who run the Democratic party (and are doing their best to infiltrate the Republicans) view human relationships to understand why and how our society is in shambles today.
There is hardly any human condition for which there is not an over bloated fraud ridden virtual money pit governmental solution coming out of Washington either through legislation or edict perpetrated by the career minded ruling class who have assumed the mantel of benevolent masters of a nomadic entitlement seeking citizenry.

There are government schools in every community which have a curriculum set up to teach what every growing child should know. These include but are not limited to, How to sing Obama Um, Um, Um, how it’s possible to have two moms or dads and not just one of each, and why it is ok if moms like women best or dads like men best. As they mature they are taught the various ways they or adults can show affection for each other male or female, the dangers of sex with the opposite sex and how to apply a free government supply of condoms to protect against the main danger, what government assistance is available to them if sex gets them sick, and most importantly if they, god forbid, should be “punished” (the presidents word not mine) by being pregnant the government well funded Planned Parenthood is just around the corner to get rid of your “problem” child. Now you can graduate with honors (and with a little help from the public school administration that has covered for your inaptitude in order to preserve their funding) try to find a job in a jobless market. But if you can’t find one the government will foot the bill for you at the nearest fun and games college of your choice IF you promise to go to work for the wonderful government that gave you all the blessings of a godless anti-voucher budget busting unionize LIBERAL education.
Every lockstep Democrat in congress has to admit this is all true and they are the architects of it. AND it is not only available to every American citizen but also the illegal aliens within our wide open borders which the Obama DOJ refuses to protect and won’t allow the states to police.

So true, I have a grandson who for his first four years in the government public school was told he was a very bright student. This year his parents, who will continue to pay taxes for that school, have decided to spend a few thousand dollars more to send him to their parish school. He is struggling to catch up with his classmates.

Thank you, Mychal! I’ve been waiting for you to touch on Obama’s speech in Kansas. Perhaps you did and I missed it. But, Obama really outed himself at the Osawatomie High School-Kansas. Socialism, as I understand it, means the abolition of private enterprise and the creation of a system of ‘planned economy’ in which the entrepreneur working for profit is replaced by a central planning body – Big Governement. Part of Obama’s speech was that “Free Markets don’t work.”… For Him and his Facist cronies; he left that out of the speech. Why Congress keeps pussy footing around with a president who was illegally put in the Oval Office, I am totally surprised. Obama or one of his good money puppeteers, probably Soros and some of the Bilderburgers, made sure all past records were altered or hidden and Obama could be the mouth for the real brain of the One World Order. Obama is just one of the real evil odors on the “Hill.” The entire swamp needs cleared and cleaned to get rid of the stench. I hear you about not permitting “them” to get away with it. The problem is, voters are led so far astray and unsure during crisis time that when politicans make all of their promises, we aren’t sure who is telling the truth or if they are creating words/promises that voters ‘want’ to hear. “Change” sounded good until I looked into it a little deeper. Then, that one word scared the —t out of me. Rand Paul from KY has the metal to stand up to some of the swamp trash but will this last? Will he become just another frog in the swamp? More demoralization of The People. I do agree about texting while driving. In our Community, that has already been banned. But autos are set up to allow hands-free communication with cell phones. I use an ear piece in case I’m in trouble and need to find help in a hurry.

With every passing day it seems less likely that Americans, at least enough of them, are willing to demand that our leaders preserve our republic and its constitution and more inclined to submit their future to the governing class that can “promise” them something for nothing. It is really disheartening.
Mychal, do you remember what it was like right after WWII when we were top dog and the hope of the world with full employment, factories sprouting up all over and the housing boom going crazy? Europe and most of the rest of the world was in shambles or reeling from effects of years of warfare. Japan was devastated and dazed. Russia had an army but nothing to support itself.
It was with the help of the USA that all of our “enemies” and allies recovered from the effect of the war.
In Japan, with MacArthur’s great sense of pride and imagination, we got them back on their feet and taught them how to use capitalism to restore their country. We had helped Russia avoid defeat by the Germans and then had to turn around to airlift daily essentials to the “Berliners” the Soviets were holding hostage behind the Walls. Much of the “war debt” owed to us was “forgiven”. Yet we had to invest years of military costs to maintain a force so superior they dared not attack us or our NATO allies in Europe. Allies who now have little respect for us but want us to help them revive their failing socialistic governments. The only people the Russians gave assistance to are the Chinese communists who now own half of our country and hold valid hate for Japan, one of the few countries we can trust to stand with us today.
So it appears to me that, as Obama and the progressive socialists who own him are only half finished dismantling our economy and with the (gasp) real possibility that he will be reelected by the hordes of entitlement zombies, the ever popular Jesse Jackson/Louis Farrakhan race baiting tactics, and the throngs of young mind numbed rebels eager to enter politics for the first time. Not to mention the unmentionable (ACORN) voter fraud, aggressive (Black Panther) intimidation, and a billion campaign (formerly known as Stimulus) dollars to feed his adoring media.
If that happens, and I sincerely believe only some unforeseen act of God can prevent it now, none of us or our finances will be safe from the greedy hands of those who seize power in the aftermath. We will have total collapse financially with hell to pay during a deep depression for our folly.
I hate being negative about this but unless somehow a combination of the old moral majority, the Tea Party, and a possible coalition of Constitutional Christians could get someone to run on a platform of their combined values there is no solid candidate out there who can bring enough voters together to oust the pack of rats in congress and the White House bent on destroying us.
In short, we can’t financially afford to help Europe or anyone else now and there is no one to help us who won’t want to rape us in the process. The answer is right in front of us if we really want it, stop fighting among ourselves and start unraveling Obama’s disguise. Then fill congress and the White House with job creating regulation and tax slashing patriots ready to close the borders, drill here and drill now, build oil refineries, shut down the EPA close the Dept. of Education kick the UN out of the country a tell the rest of the world America is Back in Business.

Obama said that he was going to “fundamentally transform the United States of America.” Shame on the American public for not understanding what he meant. What little we knew of his background spoke of socialist or communist leanings, with a bit of anti-Semitism thrown in (his church did, after all, honor Louis Farrakhan). I remain stunned that a man who seeks to destroy our way of life continues to get a free pass from most media and much of the public. What is it going to take to wake people up?
